‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ actress Denise Dowse dead at 64

Sad news, Tracy Dovey wrote, “I want to take this moment to thank my friends and family for all the love and prayers. It is with a heavy heart that I inform everyone that my sister, Denise Dovey, lives I am forever.”

The Beverly Hills 90210 actress was hospitalized on Sunday and spent weeks in a coma battling severe meningitis. Doctors did not say when she would wake up or not as she had not been medically induced in a coma less than a week later and died some time later.

The actress’ sister said in the post that Denise Yvonne Dawes most amazing sister was an amazingly talented actress consultant and director, she was my best friend and the last member of the family Tracy also addressed Denise’s supporters and fans Denise love you all I knew she was looking at us with all her love, wrote Dawse

Denise’s sister asked for privacy and constant prayer during this time. Many thanks for the prayers. We couldn’t have made it so beautifully and painlessly without all the prayer warriors around the world.

Beverly Hills 90210 co-star Ian Ziering responded to the post, describing the death as “very heartbreaking” and that she will be missed together and the loving soul she loved.

Ziering concluded by saying that I had some hearty off-camera laughs between them and that I was admiring the discipline Mrs. Tusley created for Steve Sanders. My heartfelt condolences to his family and all those he held dear.

Actor Jason Kelly said Dennis was his first professional stage director and Coach said many actors influenced by his life would continue to carry on his legacy. The standard he sought laid the foundation of my theatrical craft.

We enjoyed bragging about my Virginia roots and it encouraged me to trust my instincts. Over the years we met each other on board and most recently at The Road Theatre. It felt like a reunion. She is the mother queen of many and her soul has been sown in the society. She said that her presence would be missed, but her essence would remain in the cast and family, for which she herself was deeply indebted.

I love this woman so deeply, wrote actor and director Larry Powell his first acting consultant, Well Beyond Life Advisor. I express my deepest love and prayers for the announcement of my sister’s hospitalization and medical condition on Sunday, August 7.
